Le Reveur
She hears them, whispering. Always on the edges, always too scared to come out in the open open space she hears them there. Sometimes they're quiet or loud or sideways but they're always there all those thoughts all those embarrassing little whispers they don't know they're shouting into her brain.
The captian Captain Mal (means bad in Spanish en Español) captain Malcolm thinks she's crazy. Everyone thinks she's crazy. Even Simon poor sad Simon thinks she's crazy, but Simon tries to fixher doesn't know it can't be fixed like that doesn't know what's wrong can't hear what she hears she hears a lot of things.
She remembers almost burning almost catching fire almost the char and curl and dissolving into smoke so warm their hateful shouting and silent fearwhisper thoughts and the captain came in though she doesn't think he'd like to think of himself as a fairytale anything knight in brown shiny shiparmor but he came so she went with him.
That, and he's pretty crazy himself, isn't he? Now there's a funny thought.
